I want to be a consistent runner, eat healthy, and savor food while I eat consciously. I'm tired of exercising for awhile and then stopping and starting again. I want healthy eating and running to be a habit!
I am adding this challenge to mine. Although, I won't be a runner (at least not anytime soon) I will "EAT HEALTHY, CONSCIOUSLY and MOVE MORE"!!!
Awesome plan, Runnergirl!!! I know you can do the walk/run for 20 minutes everyday! Just don't let the sun go down without it. Plan your day accordingly.

Ok, I've been moving more but I need to step it up a notch and be a little more accountable.
Starting today, I will run/walk for 20 minutes and work up from there. I will do this EVERYDAY for 21 days. Maybe in the future, I could take some days off but I don't trust myself right now. I need to make exercising a habit! Also, I've given up my Payday candy bars and working in more fruit:) Wish
